She has authored numerous books including: Dream Floors, Dream Windows, and The Complete Home Decorating Idea Book.

Charles T. Randall manages Window Décor by Charles Randall, a retail window decorating company in Southern California and to date, Charles has decorated more than 60,000 windows. He is also the author of The Encyclopedia of Window Fashions, a book that has sold more than 1 million copies, and is listed in Samantha Ettus’ book The Experts’ Guide to Life at Home, as a leading expert on window decorating.
